Nike Training Club App is One of the Best Free Workout Apps

The Nike Training Club app is one of the best free workout apps on the market. The Nike Training Club app is free to download for both Android and iOS.

At the time of this writing, it has 487 classes, including cardio, mobility, and yoga. If you’re serious about your workouts, the Nike Training Club app should be one of your top choices if you don’t want to pay for a gym membership or other exercise equipment or programs.

What is the Nike Training Club App?

The Nike Training Club app is one of the best free workout apps on the market. The Nike Training Club app is free to download for both Android and iOS. At the time of this writing, it has 487 classes, including cardio, mobility, and yoga. The workouts are led by professional trainers and are designed to challenge you no matter your fitness level or what your goal may be (weight loss, training for a marathon, becoming stronger).

The only downside I see with it currently? There aren’t very many pregnancy-approved programs in there. That would be nice! Hopefully, that will come in time…

Overall, I give it a 4.5 out of 5. The classes are professionally done, easy to follow, and available on demand. It’s especially great for those like me who don’t have time to get to a gym or studio but need some accountability and guidance when working out at home. This app does just that!

It gives you various workouts to chose from, different ways to set goals (time or reps), playlists to keep you moving, and access from any device – all for free! I highly recommend downloading it if you’re looking for a new way to work out at home with minimal equipment or none at all!

I’m excited to continue using it and hope they come out with more pregnancy-approved programs soon! What do you think? Have you tried it yet? Share your thoughts in a comment below! How does the Nike Training Club App Work?

The Nike Training Club app is super easy to use. Just select your workout based on your goals, such as Cardio or Mobility, and then watch a video demonstrating how to do each exercise correctly.

This method makes it incredibly easy to learn and try new exercises even if you don’t have equipment handy. There are 487 classes at the time of writing, meaning that you can get a different workout every day for more than three years! The app also features a daily fitness challenge where participants compete with other users and celebrate their progress using.

Why Use The Nike Training Club app?

When it comes to athletic gear, it’s hard to beat Nike. That alone should be enough reason for you to download their app and use them as your workout partner.

Not only do they have a vast selection of workouts, but they also have tracking features that allow you to easily check your progress and goals. For example, if you want to increase your bench press by ten pounds in a month, you can enter that goal into their app.

The Nike training club app also has a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate, even when you’re looking for a specific class. To get started using them, simply download their app on your iOS or Android device and begin creating an account.

The first thing you’ll do when creating an account is entered some personal information such as your height, weight, and age. You can then choose which goal you want to accomplish through their workouts.

Once you’ve created an account, you can choose which goal you want to accomplish. There are a variety of goals available, including mobility and yoga, core and balance, sports performance, and cardio.

For each goal, there are different levels—beginner, intermediate or advanced—which means that regardless of your skill level or previous experience with workouts you’ll be able to find a class that suits your needs. You can also choose which areas you want to work on during each workout. For example, if you have knee problems then focus on classes designed for that area.

The workouts themselves also feature an easy-to-follow interface, with clear instructions that anyone can follow. What’s more, you don’t have to keep your phone handy during each class because there are built-in timers that ensure you won’t miss a beat. Simply enter your goals, choose which workout and level you want to follow, and start moving. It doesn’t get much easier than that!

To get started using Nike, simply download their app from either iTunes or Google Play and begin building your profile. It’s free to use and you can create an account with a simple e-mail address. Once you have your account, head over to classes and find one that suits your needs. You can then choose which area you want to target during each workout. The only thing left to do at that point starts moving!

7 of our favorite workouts on the NTC platform

Cardio workouts: We love that there are so many classes on the app. If you’re looking for quick bursts of cardio, NTC has got it covered.

For a no-equipment workout, try Jumping Jacks (5 minutes) or Boxing Circuit (6 minutes). If you want to up your cardio ante, try an elliptical class like Ballet Conditioning (11 minutes) or Abs and Cardio with Noelle Easton (15 minutes).

Mobility: There are lots of great mobility classes available on NTC, including Core & Back Strengthening with Jonathan Ahdout and Yoga 360 w/ Jason Crandell. Both help stretch and strengthen your core in under 20 minutes! And when we work out, we always make sure to incorporate some good old stretching. You can never go wrong with some yoga on an app! If you’re looking for something more intense, Kettlebell Bootcamp also fits into our bodyweight category as well.

Strength training: Bodyweight exercises are something anyone can do anywhere, but lifting weights is crucial if you’re serious about getting fit. Try The Metamorphosis Challenge by Shanna Lax which uses kettlebells instead of dumbbells to build muscle mass and calorie burn during just 10 weeks. It’s one of NTC’s most popular classes; over 700 people have tried it since its inception earlier this year!

Upper body strength training: Looking for a new upper body strengthening challenge?

As part of our work at Nike, we’ve tried a lot of different classes, and these are some of our favorites! We hope you’ll enjoy them too. And if you’re looking for more fitness tips, check out NTC’s Tumblr and Twitter pages for daily inspiration. Don’t forget to download NTC on your phone so you can take it with you anywhere.

Core training: The Abs & Core class with Max Lugavere is a favorite among core builders. He’ll help you take your strength to new heights using variations on classic exercises like crunches and Russian twists—plus he does his best to keep things light and entertaining (and let’s be honest, no one likes doing crunches).

Bootcamps: If you’re looking for a little variety in your workout, try out Nike Bootcamp with Alison Westwood, or Strength to Start with Lee Boyce. Both offer unique takes on classic Bootcamp formats!

Check out The Sun Salutation Challenge with Anne-Marie Landy or Chair Yoga with Jennifer Galardi for a quick way to turn your morning commute into a workout.

Pilates: Finally, if you’re looking for something targeted at your core strength and posture, try Spine Strengthening with Veronica O’Connell.
